Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using opine.asia (the "Service"), operated by Opine Private Limited.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use our Service. Users under 18 should have parental consent. You must provide accurate information during registration.

Description of Service

Opine is an AI-powered community management and event platform that enables organizations to host events, create surveys and forms, and generate analytics from responses.

Events

Events listed on Opine are organized by event hosts, not us. We provide the technology for managing events, and are not responsible for:

Event cancellations by the host
Content or activities related to the event
Accuracy of event information provided by the host

Contact the event host directly for event-related issues.

Content

You are solely responsible for any content you post on the Service. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify, and display any content you post for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

AI and Data Processing

We use AI technologies (including OpenAI APIs) to generate analytics and insights. Your data is processed securely and is not used to train public AI models. Guest data is also included in analytics, but only for the purpose of providing event and survey insights.

Telegram Authentication

If you choose to register or log in using Telegram, we may collect your Telegram ID for the purpose of creating and identifying your user account. We do not collect your phone number, contacts, messages, or any other private Telegram data. Your Telegram ID is only used to authenticate your account and enable platform features.

You may disconnect your Telegram account at any time. If your Opine account is deleted, your Telegram ID will be permanently removed from our system.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe. Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Provide false information
Create multiple accounts
Use automated tools (bots, scripts)
Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
Share account credentials
Engage in fraudulent activity
Violate applicable laws

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime and ensure the Service is available as consistently as possible. However, downtime, maintenance, or disruptions may occur due to technical or operational reasons.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and unused credits may be forfeited.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Legal disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
