Opine is an AI-native survey platform that:
  • Connects users with survey opportunities
  • Creates digital twins based on user responses to pre-answer future surveys
  • Rewards users with points convertible to vouchers
  • Allows curators to create surveys using purchased credits
  • Enables survey sharing similar to Google Forms functionality

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 12 years old to use our platform. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

3.2 Geographic Availability

Our services are currently available to users in Singapore. We may expand to other regions at our discretion.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

5. Platform Features

5.1 Survey Participation

  • Survey availability depends on your profile and demographic information
  • You are not guaranteed access to any specific surveys
  • Points are awarded based on survey completion and quality of responses
  • We reserve the right to invalidate responses that appear fraudulent or low-quality

5.2 Digital Twin Technology

  • Our AI creates a digital profile based on your survey responses
  • This digital twin may pre-answer future surveys on your behalf with your consent
  • You can review and modify digital twin responses before submission
  • You maintain control over when and how your digital twin is used

5.3 Points and Rewards System

  • Points are earned through legitimate survey completion
  • Points can be redeemed for vouchers subject to availability
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts
  • We reserve the right to adjust point values and redemption options
  • Points may expire according to our published expiration policy

6. Payment Terms

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

6.1 Credit Purchases

  • Credits can be purchased using Stripe payment processing
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
  • You must use valid payment methods and are responsible for all charges

6.2 Voucher Redemptions

  • Voucher availability is subject to our partner agreements
  • Vouchers are provided by third-party partners and subject to their terms
  • We are not responsible for voucher fulfillment issues beyond our control
  • Voucher values and options may change without notice

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Provide false or misleading information in surveys
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate the system
  • Use automated tools to complete surveys (bots, scripts, etc.)
  • Attempt to hack, compromise, or disrupt our platform
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Engage in any fraudulent activity related to points or credits
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Extended inactivity

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:
  • Your access to the platform will be revoked
  • Unused points may be forfeited
  • We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
